CANCELLATION POLICY

48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed a week in advance via AI Messenger, and a personal follow up message if needed. We know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
  • Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of your service total. If you have an appointment on a Tuesday, you will need to notify the front desk via Message, Email or Phone by close of business Saturday as we are closed on Sunday/ Monday and reopen for business on Tuesday mornings.
  • Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 100% of your service total. 
  • We do not allow rescheduled appointments within 48 hours, and the same cancellation policy charges apply. These charges are NOT a deposit for the rescheduled appointment. You will pay the full amount of the service at the time of the rescheduled appointment
  • “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the booked service ( Same day cancellations and 15 minute late appointments are considered a NO SHOW) 

Redos/Adjustments

  • If you are not happy with your results, please call the salon directly. Our team will be happy to make small tweaks and adjustments within 7 days or less of your hair appointment.
  • *This courtesy is not to be confused with “changing your mind” or trying to work the system for free services. If your request is reasonable, we will do all that we can to fix any error in quality.

Extensions

  • We use several different brands of extensions while also offering several different install methods. We try to choose the one that fits your hair and desired look the best. There is no one size fits all for extensions. We customize this specifically for each extension install. If you are requesting a certain extension brand to be used, please make this request in writing at the front desk via our extension deposit sheet. There is NO guarantee with extensions under any circumstance. EVERY extension appointment requires a consultation.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds of any kind. This includes products and services.
