Your appointments are very important to us! We hold your appointment just for you and we ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This way our stylists can adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do of course understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of emergencies etc. However, if last-minute cancellations and ‘no shows’ happen, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Here is our general breakdown of cancellation and ‘no show’ fees
- 48 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved appointment cost.
- 24 hours or less notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved appointment cost.
- 15 MINUTES LATE COUNTS AS A NO SHOW.
As a courtesy, we do text and email to confirm your appointment a week prior to your appointment.
*Please note: Appointments that are Unconfirmed 48 hrs before with no response to calls, texts, or emails could result in your appointment being forfeited to another client on our waitlist.
Please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time in order to avoid missed appointments and fees.
